I'm trying to buy the £6 Porsche screen wash as recommended on this thread to try and avoid this issue on mine, but appear to be going mad! I get to the checkout on the Porsche site, put in payment details etc, hit review order, but then there's no way of proceeding beyond there. No way of checking out. Am I going mad? I've tried it on different browsers etc. Thanks!

Any good winter screen wash to a very low temperature strength should do. Porsche branded products in this area tend to be Sonax and I buy Sonax when more convenient

I use Halfords -20 Concentrate, about a tenner for 5 litres, diluted according to season. Been using the same stuff for many years in loads of different cars, never a problem.

Your signature says Gen 1. If that's up to date you probably won't have an issue as I think the problem occurs on Gen 2 & 3 with rear camera washer.

It still needs adequate antifreeze in the screenwash fluid.

Yes. But I don't think the Gen 1 suffers the broken t connection or what ever it is that breaks on some Gen 2 & 3 cars and causes the leaks into the interior

Well that's a bonus if so. After just having the interior dried out due to the pan roof leaks I didn't fancy another issue from the rear wiper! :?

Correct, the T-piece which seems to be the point of failure in the washer piping is to add the feed to the reversing cam washer, which wasn't fitted on Gen 1 cars.
