Mobile phone data not working in Gen 3 Macan S

Hey guys,

Looking for some help here. We have a 2023 Gen 3 Macan S and iPhones for my wife and I. They’re both 15 pros and every recently our mobile data no longer works at all or not very well when we get in the car.

I’m usually connected to car play wirelessly and my wife’s phone has a connection but it’s not connected. So we are both present in ‘Devices’. If that makes sense.

Does anyone know why mobile data isn’t working correctly? It’s a pain if we’re trying to google a restaurant or find out opening times for the supermarket for example. Wife is getting very frustrated so i thought I’d ask the group.

Can you use mobile data directly on the phone (not the car)? If so, I'd delete from 'devices' and reconnect if it was me

.....and don't connect to the car's WiFi. If your phones have it for auto connection delete it. Unless you have kids using your phones to connect their games consoles to the Internet it serves no purpose, or so I was told at my most recent "masterclass".
