Totally agree, give this one a miss. Too many looked after ones available to gamble on this one.

I have a set of 20” spyders and a set of 21” sport classics for my GTS. I find the spyders almost impossible to kerb, so if they are Kerbed then it’s definitely unloved. Even the 21” are quite hard to kerb if driven normally.
I changed my brakes at 35k miles, so that doesn’t seem to far out. As for dings in the paint, I have none at all, but mine is cared for.
Unless it’s cheap, walk away.
