The commission scams involved in PCP, GAP, wheel insurance, tyre insurance, key insurance, ceramic coating, etc, have always been a scandal waiting to happen.
Macan S collected 4 Dec 2017 - Jet Black, 20" SportDesign, Agate/Pebble, 18-way, Pano roof, Bi-Xenons with PDLS, Surround View, PASM, PS+, spare wheel, towbar.

Porsche pcp is something like 11%, Audi is typically 8%ish and VW less...all different but all with VW finance. How does that work?

I've seen all the news about these mis-selling claims but can't understand how they were mis-sold. Was there somebody holding a gun to the customers' heads to get them to sign ?????

It's a case of non-disclosure of the big commissions being paid to the sales people.

Tried to sell me gap 6 weeks ago when buying the wife’s Macan.
Told them no as I’d get it a lot cheaper from 3rd party.
