I hope this info may be of use to someone..
The rear wiper was juddering as it was a bit worn out (last year I had the dealer action the warranty fix, which successfully solved the factory fitted judder option (!), on my May 2015 Macan).
I bought Bosch part number A381H from via Amazon - around £10-£12 depending on the supplier.
30 seconds to fit.
Problem solved.

Hi,
Its too late for you but taking of the rear wiper blade and reversing the clip that attaches the blade to the wiper arm so that the blade is installed upside down really does work. The suggestion came from a buried somewhere on this website. It is a three minute job and results in a wonderfully quite wiper operation.

As I've said before, I rotated the standard blade 180 degrees, judder gone.

Ive had no end of bother with rear wiper, even after getting reluctant dealer bulletin repair.
I had a look today but dont really understand which bit is being reversed/turned round? is it the cshape clips of the metal attachment?

Remove the blade from the wiper arm by squeezing the two lugs that fit into a recess near the end of the arm. The wiper blade can then be removed from the arm complete with its plastic fitting. The fitting has a 'rocker piece' which has two 'C' shaped brackets that clip onto two small pins. Separate the rocker from the blade by gently prising the 'C' clips off the pins, rotate the blade 180 degrees and clip the fitting back together. Refit the assembly back into the wiper arm.

Note that the arm can only be lifted a short distance off the screen. You might want to protect the glass with a cloth while doing this mod.

Solved! the reverse trick worked a treat. Maybe we should submit our own service bulletin.

Damn. Car just been serviced and I didn't think to mention this as I thought it was a characteristic of the design.
