Have you tried the 'switch the blade around' fix Hawkeye?

I haven’t yet. Maybe I should give that a go and keep the new one as a spare. I’m not the most handy / practical person, so the easiest solution will probably work best for me.

Just went and turned mine around. Was exactly as simple as you suggested Nick and ................. no juddering or noise at all! What a great fix. Will keep the other one as a spare. Thanks Nick.

Good to know and glad it worked for you. This issue seems to plague quite a few Macan owners. It's a simple job to do and worth trying before buying a replacement. I don't know why it works but it does!

Do you think at the build stage that it's 50/50 as to which way they put the wiper on which is why some experience the noise and judder and others don't?

I wonder if there is anything on the wiper that indicates the 'correct' way to fit.

Just fitted a new Bosch wiper - brilliant! Peace and quiet; a judder free wipe at last. And all for less than £10.

Hi Nick, I've just reversed the blade. Silent no judder.

Cheers

Yep - same here with reversing the blade trick. Whisper quiet as a result.

Reversed the blade. It stopped the juddering but now leaves a large unwiped section. Time to change it
