Will depend on shich car I trade in but they both have cherished plates on them. I have another one that was on my motorbike on retention and I used to have another but let the retention lapse... Cry

Lapsed retention can be renewed as long as your name and adders is correct , you still have the V570 and are prepared to pay the back annual fee (£25).
If you post it back to the cherished section at Swansea with the relevant fee and a very nice accompanying letter, your new certificate will appear in the post in about 3 weeks!

I thought the same but apparently not!!
I own 13 RUN on an X5 but also have
J K L and R13 RUN, and I let one lapse for around 3 years but sent a nice letter and got it back.
Really want to get 13 RUN onto a Macan next year!!
