Very good looking Macan ECAM. In the pictures it looks non-metallic, just goes to show you need to see them in the flesh. The side blades at first I thought were CF they look good.
Is it me or does the one on the rear door appear lower by a few millimetres that the one on the front door? Or I am turning into Parsons911! <img src="https://www.macanforums.co.uk/images/converted_files/smileys/smiley12.gif" align="middle" />
Stunning car, enjoy it and congratulations.

Yeah, I noticed that.

Another beautiful car. I hadn't considered debadging the back. It does look good on your car though. Food for thought. Enjoy the drive.

Nosmo, I was looking at the Porsche rear badge being black - would look good on white if it was all white and black (trim)...

I was on a website last night - can not remember the name of it but can check when I get home (history).. it was an american site but I am sure you would be able to get it in the UK.

Cool

That would be great if you could.

Hi ECAM. Looks great in black but I would say that. The ride height on the photos does look higher than my standard non PASM car on 20" RS alloys.

Yeah I don't know why it looks so high in the pics, it certainly doesn't look high now so I think it may be a mixture of suspension settling, parked on a bit of a slope and a crap picture!

Another lovely example of a great car! The side blades are not like CF IMHO, CF has a high gloss smooth finish and a slight 3D effect. Enjoy the car I love mine. Did 220 miles down the M6/M1 yesterday and got 38mpg from the oil burner so well pleased with that. Already over 1k miles and only just over two weeks old.

When I say they're a bit like CF I mean the almost weave-like effect of the plastic. CF by its nature isn't shiny and smooth, but the lacquer they finish it with is. Think McLaren P1 which saved 1.5KGs by leaving its bare weave exposed!

38mpg is pretty impressive for an 1800kg IMHO, best I've seen was 42mpg but that was extreme "driving miss daisy" mode while trying to get my little girl to sleep! I'm generally 33-36 on average mixed driving with 800 miles on the clock. Will be interesting to see how that improves with mileage.

Enjoy!

Sorry, just to add but have you noticed when you wash the blades, they foam up due to the texture. It's like their self cleaning, haha!
