Thanks all for your thoughts. Spud, interesting you prefer the 14 way after having 18 way. I think I've read a few others who say that. Anyone gone the other way from 14 to 18 way and which did you prefer?
Spud - in preferring the diesel does this have anything to do with performance? Torque perhaps? What about the turbo lag?
Alex, I haven't found any turbo lag as such, I've found the torque on the Diesel very good, I've loved all the Macan's it's just that Diesel suits me better, I moved away from Porsche for a short time after the two Petrols but as they say once driven forever smitten, I personally prefer the 14 way as I've only got little legs
and the bolsters were intrusive to me on getting in and out, don't get me wrong with the 18 way are excellent it's just down to preference , I have found the 14 ways supportive enough for me but for others maybe it isn't.
