Fixes pricing but not at Porsche Hatfield

Befor ringing Porsche Hatfield, I had a look at the web site for servicing cost.
It's fixed pricing at 380 for the minor service and 150 brake fluid change.
So rang Hatfield and booked the Macan. Just to confirm the price at the end of the booking, asked that the total is 530, was only then informed they are not participating in the fixed pricing operated by Porsche even though it's owned.
Booked the car £593 as Hatfield is the nearest and I did buy it from them.

I had a similar situation last year when fitting the power steering plus. They wanted to charge more then the web site price and I refused so they relented.
Have booked the car in for September so let's see what loaner they give me.
Last time they gave a boxster convertible.

despite the " particpating centres only" caveat, you'd have to hope that Porsche UK 's "own" dealerships would be amongst those participating!

£60 of that is for replacement tyre sealant after 2 years so you can get that taken off if you like, or indeed have a spare and so no sealant. Check the job sheet carefully. As your car is nearly 2 years old they'll also probably try to talk you into air conditioning re-gassing at £120 too.

I paid £500 inc VAT in May for first service inc brake fluid change at Porsche Leeds. Got a new Cayenne as a courtesy car.
