And such great service from Belfast. Food for thought. 😏
Yes I'd highly recommend PC Belfast and in particular Ben Simpson (he's been there since 2000 so he's not a fly by night!) They really looked after us.

My SA in Belfast is Richard and I bought my first Porsche from him in 2008. The DP has been there that long too, as have all the service staff that I have dealt with over the years, so they're mostly all long termers.

That is a good sign. Long term (and therefore hopefully happy) staff with a wealth of experience & knowledge. :geek:

I have to say that whilst Tewkesbury score very highly and they are in the main always very polite and helpful I have found the lack of continuity in SEs rather tiresome. Albeit we're only 18 months into our first Porsche the lead time was at least another 18 months and in that time we've dealt with 4 SEs and because of recent events there will be on #5 for the next meaningful visit. Put it down to teething? Maybe, but it still seems somewhat excessive.

Any comparable experiences, anyone?

I agree, Mike. I bought the 911 from an SE called Steve, I think. He's gone. I then ordered the Panamera via Rhys. He's now gone too. I have dealt with at least another couple of SEs, both young guys. Emma, the Retail Manager, took over from Rhys on my Panamera, even going so far as to lend me her own company BMW 4 Series Convertible when my Panamera was delayed. The Principal, Leon, is always friendly. And I got on well with Dan when I collected the Panamera. I think he's the Sales Manager and he was helpful with some technical advice. All in all a great bunch, but it would be kind of nice to see a bit more continuity in SEs, as you say.

My SE in Mayfair had been there for something like 15 years, so pretty impressive. Not just 'up norf!'
