Hi everyone, long time no see.
Well after 6 months of very happy motoring in my 17 plate Macan Turbo PP I am picking up my pts targa gts next week. Very very excited about it. The Macan is a brilliant brilliant car and if I could have justified having £200k of cars in my garage I would have kept it... but I can't. It really is fantastic but my heart just wants to be back in a 911. Anyone who buys it will have a tremendous machine though.
I am trading it into porsche Hatfield - it has 6k miles on clock, carefully run in and otherwise immaculate- so if you are interested phone them up and ask to speak to Guy. None of the other sales guys will know about it yet. They gave me an excellent trade in price so it is keeping its value very well.
I will come and post photos of the new machine when I have it if I may!

Unless you actually need a boot and 4 adult seats on a daily basis, a 911 is a no-brainer for me over an SUV. Enjoy!

What colour did you decide on in the end Mel?

Enjoy.

One thing, I am right if I presume the non air suspension worked for you and your sickness was not replicted in the T PP?

Hi Mel.

Good news that the Targa GTS is nearly here and that your Turbo PP held its value well!

I too would love to see pics of your new 911. If memory serves, were you going for Irish Green, or something similar...?

Hi everyone!
Oak green metallic is my colour. I think it will look fantastic with the black wheels, roll bar and accents. I'm going for a discreet yet elegant look - I hope it isn't too stealthy, I want a good contrast between the roll bar and the paintwork - but didn't feel that a very bright colour would fit in with my working life.
So it's a risk but I'm pretty confident it will look fantastic.
I just can't wait to see it!

Yes the Turbo pp with no air suspension has given me no trouble at all, dizziness wise. Every time I think about the Turbo with air it makes me feel faintly sick though. An expensive lesson learnt!
