You're probably right. But I have a 100% success rate on all my twitter-based complaints, so worth having the account.
I agree totally! Companies respond to Twitter. It's a very useful tool.

I just checked Twitter and it appears to be replicating every post that is submitted and not just selective content.

This means that posts are going out to a very wide audience so people should be aware of this as sometimes there are posts containing detail that might be intended to reach a limited group of people which may not have been submitted if known otherwise.

Yep. And it's constantly being indexed by Google, so subject to search. Basically, anything you write here is very public.
