Basic Cruise Control is now a standard fit, but was it an option on early cars, and if so when did it change?

Previously a 2014 Macan Turbo.

CC was a standard fit on my 2015 built SD.

It was mobile phone prep, Connect, rear seat AC controls, Sat Nav that were amongst the paid for extras then but are now standard.

I think the very early ones ('14) didn't have cruise as standard.
Bluetooth and rear a/c came in in late '15, nav became standard in late '16
