Have to say porsche customer service was excellent when I needed them yesterday.

I was missing a dust cap for one of my wheels. No idea where it's gone but noticed it while washing.

Called my OPC and receptionist directed my call straight to spares department and within 3 minutes they had the part and availability on screen and said I will have it the next day.
All free of charge and it arrived today.

The simplest of phone calls and easiest solution.
I spent a while searching on eBay / Amazon etc for the silver / grey dust caps (same as what I have) when I should have just called my OPC.

Another happy customer πŸ˜€

..and the best thing (for them) is that you'll go back.....it can be so easy to "delight" customers, and contrasts with the recent post where a used car customer was refused new wheel centresπŸ‘Ž

I find the simple things like this is what a lot of companies can't do.
Usually you call up and you are passed around to about 10 people and someone will call you back.
Then you call for the xxx time and they say sorry we don't do that part.

It was getting through to the first person who was clearly trained to do their job. Good old fashioned customer service. 😊

Agree with Paul that this is precisely how a Porsche dealership should behave and creates a really positive impression for pennies in cost.

Paul is spot on, I've had my SD for 12 months now and in that time my OPC have topped up the oil and adblue FOC, now that keeps me happy plus over my three years of Porsche ownership I've always been made to feel "important" by all OPC staff whenever I have needed anything resolving, in todays markets its the best way to keep clients :P

Our McCann is in for a service tomorrow, although it's Mrs H that is taking it in. We'll see what Belfast are like, but in the past they were excellent.
