I have collected the car now following full gtechniq cs black and full surface protection. The level of gloss is on the next level now and it really brings out the metallic.
I only have a couple of indoor pics I'm afraid as it was raining when I picked it up :( , but hopefully gives a good idea.
The work was done by Azuri car car in Stevenage and they have done an excellent job and were really good to deal with. Graham, the owner, is a real enthusiast and has given the attention as of it were his own car. If you're in that area I can fully recommend.

That looks rather clean!! Brill job but it would kill me taking that out in the rain.

Not a black wheels and graphics man myself but I must say it does look good. Full marks to your detailers too.

Very shiny - congrats! :)

And looks like they're doing an equally good job on the Boxster. 😎

My OPC (Tonbridge) only offered me Swissvax as an option, so after scouring this forum I told them that I would get Gtechniq done separately and found an "authorised installer" in Gillingham (about an hour away).

Two weeks ago, the OPC called and said they had decided that perhaps Gtechniq treatment was "preferable" and were now offering a package that would be applied by a local detailing company and as I was to be one of the first users (don't much like the idea of being a guinea pig), I could have it done for £599 instead of £699 as normally sold. The would also include a £100 value pack of Gtechniq goodies for ongoing cleaning.

I've agreed to this and collect the car on Thursday next. I'll see if I can post a photo that looks as good as Steve's.

The "authorised" guys in Gillingham said that "normally" they have to spend a couple of hundred quid extra on "paint correction". I said "on a new car", to which they replied "nearly always".

I'm not that anal (yet)
