It may be right but does it sound pretentious?

Having moved south from the far north of England some years ago I have never quite found the invisible "r" in bath or laugh or for that matter the extra "a" in grass. I have absolutely no problem with the way people speak and really enjoy the regional dialects that thrive in the UK.

When it comes to the car I have on order is it a "Porsch Macan" or is it a "Porsche Macaan" I did try telling someone that I had the car on order and got a very funny look when i said I was buying a "Porsche".

The interpreter employed by Porsche at the webcast of the new Cayenne could not pronounce the name correctly he kept saying Porsch.

We all know the ee maketh the car.

Why does it matter - wouldn't have thought many Porsches would be sold in Northern England

On a more serious note, is their northern dealership stand alone or a desk in Audi ?

I hear it's a part time concession stand next to the toilets in the Scunthorpe B&Q.

The man knows nowt.

Everyone on here knows that Arif alone keeps Bolton OPC going in his purchases there.
