Replaced fronts after 22k miles & rears have just hit the tread wear indicator at just under 26k miles.
Mightily impressive for a 400hp car. My old Q7 used to eat tyres every 5000 miles.
Approaching 26k miles on original rear tyres

Out of interest where do you guys go, or intend to go, for tyre replacements?
I don't trust the likes of Kwik Fit etc. to treat the wheels as I would expect to avoid damaging the alloys.

ATS Euromaster [owned by Michelin].
A good reputation independent tyre dealer in your area.
Central Tyres [owned by Pirelli] or an accredited Pirelli Performance Tyre dealer.
Your OPC for peace of mind, but best if they do not outsource work to a local mobile tyre fitter.
FYI - Stapletons group own Kwik-Fit and they in turn are owned by the Itochu group of Japan.

I presume if a fitter was to damage an alloy they would have responsibility to repair it. I just imagine their being a clause in their T&C's exonerating them.

My local OPC will price match within 20 miles and they do all the work.
Always worth checking.
I would never use Kwik fit even if it was free

That's a good deal. Who is your dealer? I wonder if others do the same.Kasfranks99 wrote: βSun Oct 08, 2017 9:03 pm My local OPC will price match within 20 miles and they do all the work.

Part of the jardine group. See link below. The price match is clear and simple but always worth a call to check.Bazza06 wrote: βSun Oct 08, 2017 9:09 pmThat's a good deal. Who is your dealer? I used price match at East London back in May after Kasβ recommendation. Worked a treat!
