Indeed, Goodwood breakfast clubs get busy, especially the Supercars one (hence they introduced the free ticketing to control the crowds a bit).Miopyk wrote: ↑Mon Jun 04, 2018 1:01 pm Glad you all had a great day and the weather looked fantastic. We saw some quite outstanding cars at Goodwood including an Ariel Nomad which looked brilliant. However the venue was absolutely packed and left very little opportunity to take any decent pics. Although its free I can't see us going back for a while. Will probably go back to Beaulieu next year as we've really enjoyed the last 2 years there. Hopefully they'll get the parking sorted out next time
We are usually there by 7 am and leave by 10 am to avoid the crowds and see the display cars arriving. And that way we get a great, traffic free drive down to Goodwood too. Early starts don't suit everyone, but worth the effort of getting up at 5 am on a glorious sunny Sunday.
We like Goodwood Breakkie clubs because you usually get a great mixture of cars from different marques / eras.
