My OPC have been pro active and sent out my service reminder around 5-6 weeks before it’s due.

I will contact them early and book it all in.

It should be one of thier priorities to get the customer back in so they can walk out with a 911 purchase 😉 😂

Damn, I never thought of it like that..... no amount of free coffee and biscuits could beat that.

If I hear nothing by Friday I will go in and see them as they are only 2 or 3 miles from where I live. It's a while since I had a Porsche coffe and biscuit

I'm not sure if it's co-incidental or whether Mid Sussex Porsche visit this site but I got a letter in today's post reminding me my car is shortly due a service and asking me to contact them to arrange one. I might still go in on Friday to do so

I have just been to Mid Sussex Porsche to book my S in for it's first service and thought I would share my experience. Prices have significantly increased since 2017 fixed service prices (which ended on 31/12/17). I cannot remember the exact charges but the service charge is around £570 and brake fluid change is around £129, compared to £430 and £95 respectively last year.

Living around 3 miles from the dealership I thought it would be best if they picked up and dropped the car off but they could only offer dates 2 weeks before or after the service is due and could only give a 3 hour window for collection with return the following day. I went for a loan car in the end as I could have the car serviced on the day I wanted even though I will only drive it 5 or 6 miles (although it could be a lot more depending on what I am given).

I did get a coffee and biscuit to recover from the experience though.

☹️☹️
I know Bristol is a bit far, but I paid £430 + £95 in late August when mine was coming up to 2 yrs old (and I got a “T” to smoke around in for 48 hrs 😊😊)

In my experience most dealerships will reduce the service price with a bit of haggling - the first service is after all just an oil change and visual check of certain parts.
