Must admit, I had the gloss black Sport Classic wheels on my Macan. They looked stunning in the showroom, or after I'd just washed them, but they seemed to attract dust frustratingly quickly!

Do you guys let them rev out when accelerating hard or short shift? I tend to change manually as it doesn’t seem right to rev an oil burner that high.

When I was using mine in anger, I found that changing up (manually) just a shade earlier than in full auto, kept the “urge” going - the rev limiter feeling does come in a little early (just ask Col)

Yeah it seems better. At higher speeds it seems they progress rather than accelerate.

Just picking up on one of Col’s point (point 3) and the cubby hole being to small to fit an iPhone in while charging.
Porsche did think of this and like me if you buy the right angled iPhone cable from Porsche £30. An iPhone 8 Plus cable will slide perfectly into the little skinny phone holder without issue.

Revisit this old thread after my first towing experience. Nothing to report really. Two Tonne on behind and the McCann cruises in top gear. Very pleased.

Why would you be as welcome in Belfast as the proverbial???Tom 2000 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 8:56 pmThanks Rab. Mine certainly has mud on it now as I had our lane graded on Saturday and the surface is very fresh. I was tempted to call in to Belfast on Saturday and spy your ex GTS but I would be as welcome there there as the proverbial fart.Rab J wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 6:39 pm Tom, looks like you have got a great deal with this car, something the financially astute types from this part of the world find very satisfying. You have bought the best SUV on the market by some distance. Its not perfect of course, nothing is, but no other car combines a sports car with a mud plunger so well IMHO. Enjoy.
I cancelled my order just before lock down and bought private instead.MCDK wrote: ↑Sat Jan 06, 2018 7:37 pmWhy would you be as welcome in Belfast as the proverbial???Tom 2000 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 8:56 pmThanks Rab. A bit less cash, a lot more spec, and a car when I needed it. I felt bad though.
