I was astounded. Just completely gutted we missed each other. I love that the colour makes people stop and chat. Refuelling is always a sociable occasion. Often catch people taking pics too. I was hoping the other owner might be on here too. You never know.

Perfect Porsche parking too. One out on its own and ‘tother as far away from its neighbour and the lines allows. Well done both!

Both the wait and the colour is what I was referring to. Personally I like the colour but I sometimes think that out of the ordinary colours might take longer to sell.bloosoo wrote: ↑Mon May 07, 2018 7:29 am Now why on earth would I do that? So fed up of white black grey. I chose it for me not for the next owner! Might even wrap it in my other favourite colour viper green! If it's the wait you are talking about- well a good OPC and some careful timing with my last car made it bearable.
An observation not a criticism.

Great photo, Soo! Congrats to you and the other Riviera Blue GTS!
Given the odds of those two (rare) cars being in the same car park, any thoughts on the next lottery numbers...?!

No offense taken the resale value of unusual colours does seem to be a topic that pops up. It was never going to be a deciding factor for me. I like that there are two tribes on any model, the typical and the unusual.Bazza06 wrote: ↑Mon May 07, 2018 11:02 pmBoth the wait and the colour is what I was referring to. +1. Lots of people said, whatever you do, don't order a yellow 911!
...and it's the easiest colour for traffic police to spot...
Hey ho.
Every time that I look at it, it makes me smile.
And every journey is an enjoyable adventure, even on a motorway...
It must be love.

Auric, I think is the name of colour, one of the original options. German reg, cropped for anonymity but ends in 911.
