I agree, pccbs just look amazingWing Commander wrote: βThu Jan 11, 2018 8:22 pm Must admit I went a bit overboard with options on the Panamera - about Β£13k worth!
It's just that the PCCBs look SO good!
Half wanting Porsche 911 aficionados to convince me of the benefits...!
Surely if your speccing a 911 in yellow it just has to be done!
The only downside I've heard (apart from the cost) is it's not uncommon to get small stones stuck between the caliper and wheel, which you then get a groove machined in the wheel

6k for a slight improvement in looks that will almost certainly add virtually nothing to the trade in value just doesn't add up in anybody's maths. I suppose if it was to be a "for e ever" car just maybe, but we all know that's not going to be the case.
My advice, buy the thing as it is, enjoy it for the next year, and chop it in for a 992 when they appear. 6k will certainly help with a few nice add ons for it,

Thanks, Rab. Ah, but 'man maths' is a different matter! And yes, I'm not counting on the option adding anything to the trade in value.
Am seeking opinions far & wide, including across the pond from our US friends on Rennlist.
From what I've seen, my next Porsche is more likely to be a 991.1 GT3 rather than a 992...
I wonder if they'll restart building more 991.2s again after the shutdown in the factory...?
