WingCo - I don't think I've seen you so excited since I joined the forum. Obviously the right move for you :)

Hi VanB.

I know! :D

Like a kid in a toy shop! It's that eventual excitement of actually speccing & buying my very own 911! And it's yellow!! :) 💛 😎

I know the feeling - lots of agonising over options and a huge temptation to over-spec the car with toys you probably don’t need followed by the agonising wait for delivery.

The horrible thing is I know I could pick mine up in c 4 weeks but I MUST wait until 01/03

Considered RAS which I don’t have on the Macan and didn’t have on the Cayman and didn’t miss. Apparently fantastic for high speed manoeuvres but very difficult to get high speed around here. GTS interior stitching - lovely but not needed. Front axle lift - a gimmick unless you have a steep drive which I don’t, PCCB really not needed unless you track the car or possibly have a GT3 when they might be expected - want me to go on?

I was just teasing! Thought you may have been referring to my mention elsewhere of contemplating PCCBs or RAS. ;)

I know you were teasing but trust me I’ve been there and ended up at £5k more than I wanted to spend but happy with my choices :D

Must admit I went a bit overboard with options on the Panamera - about £13k worth!

It's just that the PCCBs look SO good!

Half wanting Porsche 911 aficionados to convince me of the benefits...!

They are lighter and fade free but no more stopping power in the real world so you would be paying £6k for track performance options that you’d never notice the benefit of
