Anyone come across a short front number plate plinth for the macan ?

Would prefer something a bit narrower than the full size one.

I just did away with the plinth and used proper double sided foam tape to fix front number plate. It's been fine for 30000 miles and doesn't upset the parking sensors. Rear one's shortened as well.

Just put "number plate tape" in to e-bay and you'll find the stuff, the one I used has got the green backing. You should be able to get it from your local motor factors as well. You'll only need a 20mm or 25mm wide roll to suit the bit of bumper you'll be fixing it to. Just make sure everything's nice and clean.

Yup. I have that green backed tape.

My front bumper has a very narrow section and just worried it isn’t wide enough ?

It should be fine, as I say my Macan has done 30000 miles with the number plates taped on and no problems. The bumper has not got a massive curve on it, my wife's Mercedes SLC has a far greater curve and I did the same with hers, again no problems.

Is that the same car in both pics? Amazing how different the colour looks if it is!?
