US Turbo owner asks about the gauge on the dash!

" This is my 1st turbo car, what is the gauge in the middle of dash? I am assuming boost. Mine just keeps ticking in a circle, clockwise, is that correct? I am pretty sure it is making full circles."
and for good measure, 2nd question was ........ "Also, in sport plus mode, is she supposed to rev up on deceleration as the gears go back down to one?"
