After reading and agreeing that the back windscreen wiper control is nothing but a misery to use , or it’s impossible to use it without it using screen wash whilst operating, I recently saw a you tube video of a 2018 Macan and the interior shots showed a different wiper stalk ( Basically a Q5 one) am I just getting excited for nothing? Have they changed it?

No real issues with mine. Neutral position is what it is, click the wheel up to activate intermitant. Push the wheel on again for a wash and 4 or 5 wipes. Or when in the neutral position push the wherl down for a wash and 4 or 5 wipes. A but fiddly and needs a fairly delicate touch but no different to my first (2015) diesel.

Rear wiper problem is a known fault and there is a fix. Just let your OPC sort it out under warranty.

I find it very easy to control...if I pinch the rear wiper control, thumb on front index finger on back.

Yes but it’s still rubbish... it’s feels like a loose tooth.
