Mine is almost identical - now at 18200 miles in 19 months, with 1100 to go on the oil service and 1900 until the interim service (obviously both will get done at the same time). I’m kind of glad it wants an oil change as I’m nervous about these long intervals on a car that we intend to keep long term.
I’ve tried to avoid short trips (got an old 996 as a shoppping car!) and the Macan does plenty of longer/higher speed runs. It needed adblu at 13k miles and I’ve topped up about 1.5l of oil since March 2017. It’s averaging 37mpg on a mixture of mainly Tesco and Shell diesel (probably one tank in 4 is non supermarket fuel).
I think it may have had a software update when it went in for some warranty work in April 2018 (erratic satnav and creaky panoramic roof) but I haven’t noticed any adverse effects.
