I've got an October build with a lock down early September. F
I'm torn between my original choice of metallic black and sapphire blue, now it's available.
Has any one seen one " in the flesh" or does anyone have an August delivery of one? ( long shot,I know )
Thanks

Nice spec. Dumb question from a non techy, but can you have 18 inch collapsible spare when you gave 20 spyders (not that your ever going to use it hopefully.

Hi Fox Terrier.
So I've been told.
As you say hopefully I'll never know.
What I do know is that once you use to foam to fix a puncture your tyre is knackered and at £500.00 a go a spare wheel is a lot cheaper.
Cheers

Thanks Wirral1, very helpful as did not appreciate the foam ruined the tyre and therefore was just a quick fix. I assume it's tyre or 75 litre tank,

Have specced both so I don't think it affects the tank.
The OPC never mentioned it was an issue.
This is the quote for the spare wheel from the configuration site.
"Stored in the luggage compartment under the luggage compartment floor, includes jack with folding chocks. Replaces tyre sealing compound"

All the wheel + tyre rolling diameters are virtually the same. (Front)18" wheels = 29.1". 19" wheels 29.18". 20" wheels 29.38". 21" wheels 29.346". No doubt the rubber on the spare will bring it up to just over 29".Mistertoad2014-08-02 17:04:55

I apparently have a 75 litre fuel tank and 18" spare wheel, but, with a range if 15 miles I only managed to get 65 litres in the car.. Not brave enough to run it out of fuel so probably will never know the actual size of the fuel tank.
