With Porsche birthday celebrations gathering pace could it have inspired the ultimate Porsche road trip?

Brother used to work for a Porsche garage and had to collect and deliver these all over the UK.

Today he just says, yeah they were OK.

My Greek friend had a coupe for over 30 years, having imported it secondhand from Germany for a few thousand marks. It was genuine and unrestored, but far from mint, slow and not the easiest car to drive in the city, So he kept it as a Sunday drive. It had only done 78,000km when he died last year. His son sold it Athens for 129,000 euros.
