I omitted to say that I was looking to PCP it for 24months but appreciate the links to the leasing companies for comparison. The deal I have at present is £0 deposit so slightly higher payments than those providers who require an upfront amount.

At the end of the term I intend to give it back but hoping that within a year of expiry we will know more about the plans for the GTS.

I didn't know it was the same engine shared between the S5 and GTS.

Great advice as always.

PCP for 24 months is bit of a waste of time really.

However a PCH agreement for 24 months would - on a decent, well supported car/deal - make a lot more sense. I actually have a leasing side to my own business so if you want any more advice/pointers at all please shout/PM me Bazza.

Personally I can't see the new Macan GTS being out anytime before the end of next year...

Barry.

The Audi s5 is a cracking drive. Great engine and interior quality is excellent. (Not a fan of the iPad on dash though)
Lots of extras as standard and discounts are always very very good.
You can get better prices than carwow even from the main dealer if you take some time to do a deal.

The MMI system is one of the best imo (no touch screen 😊)
The 8 speed tiptronic gearbox is excellent and very smooth.

I have owned numerous Audi’s and because I bought at heavy discount depreciation was fine. I lost around 50-55% of what I paid in 5.5 years of driving in just one car.

All have been faultless (all petrol).

Navarra Blue would be my choice....
GTS 😀

That's good to hear, Kas, and Navarra Blue is the colour I've specified.

Being in an A3 at present I have found the MMI to be very good and all the reviews / videos I have seen on the S5 have been very positive. I've managed to squeeze a bit more out of them although the Sportback which I prefer isn't as well discounted as the Coupe.

Both look fantastic but, practically, the Sportback would suit me better.

So it looks as though I could be an intruder on the forum until such time as I'm back in the "club" :D

I bought a Cayenne while I was waiting for my Macan to arrive. Was intrigued to understand the difference compared with the Macan. They are completely different cars but I would say that both have a place. I just can’t justify having 2 cars given the annual mileage we do!
