Just have been given a 3rd car into the mix to consider today........
Code would be;
PJHLYR35
Slightly lower spec but certainly has all the right bits....again wish it had Burmester to tip the balance!!
Given this one has Connect Plus listed I assume therefore it's got PCM4 as opposed to PCM3 that we "think" the other two cars offered have.
Can anyone briefly summarise the pro's/cons of PCM3 vs PCM 4 please? Thank you.
Turbo vs. Turbo
The pros of PCM 4 is the online connectivity, the cons of PCM 4.....is the complexity of the online connectivity!GW2015 wrote: ↑Fri May 11, 2018 1:47 pm Just have been given a 3rd car into the mix to consider today........

And visually, the old PCM has a different arrangement of buttons. On my PCM3.1 (picture below) the main function buttons are spread each side of the two rotary knobs. The PCM4 just has buttons between and above the knobs. On PCM4 the screen is also flusher with the surrounding trim.

Thanks Paul, much appreciated.
We had PCM4 in the GTS and it frustrated me often! The Apple Car Play was flaky at best.....it's way, way better in my Audi S5 for example. And the Wi Fi connectivity was woeful as I had to reconnect it (if it would let me........) all the time so that was a pain too.
I will check on the build date on the other car as I know that #1 is certainly PCM3.
