Rear mounted bike carrier

Although I don't own a macan yet the brochure says "The ball head of this electrically extending towbar system disappears under the rear at the push of a button when out of use." Have also read a thread in the forum before that confirms this

It does disappear behind the rear bumper and there are no covers to remove. I used my Porsche cycle carrier on our Q3 and had no issues with the mechanical fitting; however, the electrical fittings were different and had to use a plug converter.
