Yep, very happy with my Carrera T in all regards - driving, looks, sound, mpg - everything!

I don't think I ever managed to better 25mpg in the eighteen months I had the Macan. Long term average 21. The 911 can beat 30 on a run which is a pleasant surprise I wasn't expecting but then it is over half a ton lighter.

Lighter, smaller, lower and more aerodynamic!

Cheltenham to Baden-Baden, however far that is, including some very messy stuff during rush hour in Namur and some horrendous weather this morning, over two days in our petrol S, two up and a full-ish boot. Average speed about 60 with fuel at about 29mpg.

Filled up in Cheltenham on Tuesday afternoon. The tank was still showing about 200 kms when we left the hotel in Namur this morning so put another €50 in. We made it to Baden-Baden with about 50kms to spare!

As stated before the best I ever managed in the GTS was 27 mpg on a run to Brussels so I think 29 in a loaded S and not hanging about either if you averaged 60 mph is really very good.

Gentle acceleration and much gliding when the opportunities arose.
