That's nice. I had the w12 Supersports and never got more than 25mpg. Did get 5mpg though on a high speed run on the Autobahn.

That is indeed impressive fr a 520 hp V8.

Just returned from a trip to Brussels of which 99% was motorway and returned 36.1 mpg according to Fuelly and spent most of it at 85 mph. Well chuffed with that.

Almost exactly my experience with an 850mile run down to Nice in my 2017 Macan petrol S. If I keep the revs to 2000, I can do better, but at the legal 130kph, a gnats c*** under 28 was what we achieved.

Not properly run in yet I guess - only 4500 miles on the clock, so should improve.

Sadly, have to do regular trip from near Rugby to Cheshire. Apart from the relief of the M6 toll it's purgatory all the way with the SPECS and gantry cameras. Last time in heavy congestion though I recorded this on final arrival. ("Coasting" was activated)

To continue the theme of mpg.....our trip Bristol / Ellough Park (nearly Lowestoft) / Bristol today...

There....

...and back again.....

For info, the “real” mpg from Fuelly on the outbound leg was 25.8 ....so fairly close to the trip computer.

(Not sure why my preview shows 2 shots of the outbound leg?)

And proves that going faster is more economical....!😉😂😂

This marries almost exactly with our Euro trip last month.

Edit... I'm referring to the 27.2 figure. Don't know where the pic went.
