New to be member - advice on purchase please

I have just had the same transfer box issue - water ingress and seemingly a know issue. It is being fixed under extended warranty - I purchased mine at the 3 year point just this March - so only a few months in and the warranty has paid for itself.

...and re-inforces a decision I shall be making when my 24 month / 20K service comes around next month
