I don't think the price there asking is low enough, as this will be more difficult to sell later on. As advised by Auto Trader, I'll ask the seller for any documentary evidence of what happened to the car and what repairs it has had. Also if it has a third-party inspection done to give it the all-clear.
Thoughts?

Also check the description. As it's not listing very well what it actually has fitted as factory options. I think those seats are 16 way? Doesnt mention the leather package or panoramic roof. I also think those headlights are xenon's, not standard halogen?
I found a very similar spec SD at a OPC for £41k - are those Xenon's as well? I just found a great car on Auto Trader.

Yes I think they're Xenons - you can see the cornering light too. Seats are 18-way, heated. They gaping hole in the rear console shows that it does not have the 3-zone climate control (or cooled glovebox that came with this option).Kelly's Heroes wrote: ↑Sun Aug 26, 2018 10:16 am Also check the description. EDIT: And it doesn't have PASM.
Some of the OPC pictures are showing a 2016 model - you can see the difference at image 4 which shows the newer PCM4 which wasn't introduced until 2016*. For that reason, I would not trust the photos of what look like Xenon lights. Be aware also that Bluetooth phone prep was not standard back then, and I don't think it's fitted to the OPC one.Kelly's Heroes wrote: ↑Sun Aug 26, 2018 10:16 am Also check the description. *In fact pictures 4, 15 and 22 show three different cars!!
Agreed, and if they can't do that small task, what else has been been done incorrectly? Steer well clear would be my advice!

WoW that is eagle eyed on the badge. How has it been put on wrong?
So ive been doing some investigations.. it's come from car transplants (also based in Winsford).. if you Google the reg and click images, it shows damage to front bumper... Nothing rear end... It may have had some light damage though or flood damage. A lot of Cat N is also theft recovered after the insurers paid out and will have some minor damage (sometimes insurance standard repaired).
Maybe if it was £30k I might be tempted to look into this further, and get it all properly inspected. But at £38k seems way too much for all that bother!
