(EDIT: Yes the selector appears if you also chose SC as an option)

I'm not in a position to go to the confusinator bit in this picture the SC is missing. I'd have expected the selector to have been part of that package

Sports Chrono and the GT Steering wheel are independent options. Here's a picture with both:

I don’t think that there will be a queue of customers clamouring to put down deposits for the base 2.0 facelift model.

"Also in the engine line-up is a new 3.0-litre V6 with 351bhp in the Macan S, and a 2.9-litre V6 twin-turbo. The latter unit is related to the motor in the Audi RS 4, and produces 434bhp here."

No mention of GTS...
Sounds similar to the current Panamera engines. My Panamera 4 had a 3.0 V6 and the Panamera 4S had a 2.9 V6.

When Porsche dropped Diesel engines they said “Our aim is to occupy the technological vanguard – we are intensifying our focus on the core of our brand while consistently aligning our company with the mobility of the future” . How does this square up with a detuned 4 cylinder petrol with less hp than it’s predecessor. Think I will be staying with my SD for some time to come.

How does this square up? China is Porsche's largest market for the Macan by a long way and they're going through an emissions crackdown. It's no fluke that's where the facelift was launched and where it's hoped they'll continue their sales success. Porsche isn't stupid...

+1. ‘Get them young enough, the possibilities are endless’

Not to mention that every apparent weakness invariably presents an opportunity...

I'm lamenting the absence of 'Agate Grey' as a paint colour: it's the colour I wanted.

...and the dearth of 20” wheels.

Perhaps the suspension mods allow for an improved ride on the 21s. Or more likely another way of extracting extra £££s?

There appear to be 4 types of 20" wheels....

How many more choices do you want??!
