Major service may have been done at 4 years - several months ago if a very early Macan. PDK is 40,000 miles or 6 years, whichever earlier.

A major most probably had been required and if so the Op would have paid for the service unless they have only just aquired the Macan.

If they have only just aquired their Macan then certainly what servicing and the cost of servicing in the first year should have been part of the discussion with the dealer.

Too many ifs and buts and lack of info by the Op to comment any further
