I wonder what servicing an EV requires, what intervals, and how much the services will cost.

Just spoke to Reading Porsche for service costs:
minor service £520.40
111 inspection £252.00
No half price inspection with minor only full service which would be £617.84.

There prices are crazy compaired to other dealers.Cant belive they are getting away with charging what they want.

I have just booked my Macan GTS in for its first service at OPC Guildford (which is part of Porsche Retail) - £460 for the service plus £160 for brake fluid change.

As has been stated several times in this string, service last and earlier this year £430, so I guess I could swallow £460 but £160 for a brake fluid change They are taking the p*ss. What are they refilling it with Virgins Juice Not sure how it could possibly affect any warranty but both Halfords or ATS are less than £40 and other OPC's under £100. I have a fluid tester and just check all of our cars myself and have fluid replenished when needed.

This was published in Fleet News last year, clearly the area is expensive but based on the above that's app £300 an hour.

"Analysis of 6,000 garages from across the UK found that, on average, Surrey is the most expensive place to have work done to your car, with an average hourly rate of just over £81. At the other end of the scale, Scottish county Selkirkshire has the cheapest average at £49.69.

The highest individual hourly labour rate of £234 an hour was found at a prestige sportscar manufacturer’s dealership in Reading. The cheapest, offered by an independent workshop in Manchester, was just £36."

I wonder if the Prestige sportcar dealership was also the Reading OPC

I expect labour at Guildford OPC is £200+ per hour.

I’m sure someone quoted an hourly rate of £212 on here recently.

So £130 = approximately 37 minutes!
