How to dim the Horse shoe shaped orientation light in 19 MY Macan ?

Hi guys,

Anyone figured out how to dim the orientation light in the new 2019 Macan ? I can dim all the other lights but not the Horse Shoe shaped one on the roof console.

Press and hold until the correct intensity ..... a bit fiddly as holding too long will turn it off.

Had a play with that and it seems to dim uncontrollably until switch off? Maybe me not being quick enough

It is VERY sensitive to timing and will take lots of practise, frustration, swearing, going away and coming back after cooling down and having another try!

But after a while you may get there.

Don’t forget to press the memory button (or key memory) on the driver’s door card....or it won’t and you’ll have to start all over again

I tried this on day 1...couldn't master it! Will tray again...and good tip about saving it into the memory, I hadn't thought of that!

I think you can adjust the horseshoe from the MFD. Vehicle > Settings > Light and Visibility > Interior Lights > Orientation

No, that’s the ‘mood’ lighting. The horseshoe light can only be adjusted at the overhead console.
