I'd booked a courtesy car but embarrassingly had sent my licence off to have my address updated  I was made very welcome to work in the showroom whilst the service was being carried out. And very pleasant too surrounded by gleaming models from the Porsche range. The only 992 911 4S was in red which I feel doesn't show it off to it's best. There was a yellow 991 Carrera T which was much more appealing :) Then there's a couple of GT3s at silly money... All in all a delightful working day :D
That sounds a good price! How many miles are you on, and did that include brake fluid and/or MOT? (Any 'advisories' if MOTd also?)

32k miles and included brake fluid, filters. Gear box oil change not due until 40k miles. MOTs in NI are carried out in specialist government centres and my first is due in January but OPC said all tickety boo with my car, even tyres had 4mm tread :D

4mm at 32k miles? My tyre report shows 4mm all round at 15.5k miles, which I thought was pretty good? Roads must be rough around here?

Pirelli P Zeros seem to be holding up well :) Although I bought the car in January at 27k miles so maybe they'd already been replaced :?:

I think servicing is somewhat like ceramic coating on cars. The cost is in the application not the raw material. Not everyone can apply ceramic coating correctly and I believe not everyone will be able apply the necessary bits to a Porsche. I agree their are specialists out there that don't have big rents to pay or fancy coffee machines so it boils down to trust I guess. I still believe 'Penny wise, pound foolish' applies, except at Aldi ;) .

The best bit of hanging around in the showroom waiting for car to be finished is having a good look at th e cars on display. Today’s selection at Leeds:
