Wow this is much earlier than expected. Makes me question my order for July delivery for an S..

Wonder how much the turbo will be like..

In terms of engine though people rave about the 2.9 V6 so can’t imagine we will be disappointed there...

Car sales way down generally and no diesel option. Far from ideal when it comes to selling a SUV at the moment.

The fact that Europe is offering 991.2 RS built slots and there’s no takers is proof I think...

Is the bubble about to burst I wonder...

Have put a deposit down for August built September delivery. No idea on pricing nor specs yet strangely. Internal configuration allegedly not live yet or at least not fully functioning.

I have seen specs, 440 PS, 550Nm 2.9L V6 - but no performance figures are available, even to the OPC's (I was in there at 4 pm this afternoon). I got a mail yesterday re effectively pre selling a slot before configurator is available on line (they have the spec sheet though). Pricing is also not confirmed yet other than an indicative 6% increase compared to the outgoing model. Build slot should be August for September delivery. That will be about 12 months from when I put my deposit down

They are having more allocations on cars that have passed the new emissions as opposed to ones they can’t get through at the minute.

This is why no big hold ups.

Anything on the gearbox? I'm hoping it'll be closely matched to Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio
