I have also experienced that. . . . driving home in the rain last week the windscreen steamed and when I say steamed up I mean I have never had a car that steamed up so quickly as so badly, the top left clear windscreen button did the job but switch it off and within a minute steamed up again. There is an odd quirk that can happen but it very much depends upon atmospheric conditions of temperature and humidity in that the car can very suddenly mist up, so it will be interesting to hear of any such an issue with the Facelifted cars.

I have noticed that the side indicator on the driver’s side appears to suffer from virtually permanent condensation. I must remember to mention it next month to the OPC when my car goes in for its service. The one on the left side seems perfectly dry.Nuclear Nick wrote: ↑Sun Jun 16, 2019 9:39 pmCondensation can appear in any of the lamp lenses and is not normally a defect. It’s mentioned in the manual and usually clears up by itself...biggeordie wrote: ↑Sun Jun 16, 2019 7:01 pm ...and heavy condensation in front nearside indicator lens...

Settings? There are three buttons indicating direction of airflow and I selected the top one which looks like it should direct air at the windscreen. Is there something else?
Can't you just leave it on Auto?

Yes. The air con should be set to Auto and temperature set to around 21C. Also set Sync so both sides of the car are set to the same temperature. These settings can be left untouched all year round and the system will control temperature and humidity to avoid glass misting over.

Tell that to the missus It does my feckin’ head in, all that fiddling to control temp and dry nail varnish in air flow. Do those buttons have fuses?
