Getting exactly the same issue in my cayenne.

A month ago I had an update that was downloaded and ingested flawlessly the first time around.
For the last 2 weeks I had numerous failed updates.
So I suspect that my system works well, but something is not right with the ‘hive’ distribution.
Current: 911 Carrera T - PPM9RU51
On order: 911 Targa 4S - PPDV8NY4

I get the same, whether using the built in SIM, plugged in SIM or my phone. The dealer owes me a call about this, I will share what I hear back.

I suspect there is a problem with the download file... the download in June was approx 280MB, the one I see on the screen now is over 300MB in size... still failing to download.

I had been having this failure ....

Then last night while driving home I noticed the download icon was red, I touched it and it was actually downloading a Navigation update. It was at 25% when I got home.

This morning, I've had a 30 min drive to the train station, in which time it has continued the download and then installed the update.

Maybe there was a problem with the original file, but it seems to have sorted itself out now.

Mine updated the day before last, as above, maybe a bad download that's now been refreshed. I was driving when it announced success but I recall the title being European Navigation or something similar.

This forum is great for establishing that its not just me having the occasional niggle. Thanks all!

Mine went through today!
The new version was 266MB, so it was a new file sent over the Webs [emoji851]
