After 6 weeks of looking and test driving I have now own this 2.5 year old Macan. I picked it up on Friday and am still learning!
First impressions are that its far better than my old 535d GT, the air suspension and PASM is a treat and the sport exhaust is a must have on a diesel IMO.

The spec is:

•21-inch 911 Turbo Design wheels
•LED main headlights including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
•Air suspension with self-levelling, ride-height control and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM)
•Sports exhaust system incl. Sports tail pipes black
•Adaptive sports seats with comfort memory package (18-way)
•Panoramic roof system
•Navigation Module for Porsche Communication Management (PCM)
•Adaptive cruise control with Porsche Active Safe (PAS)
•Towbar system with electrically deployable towball
•BOSE® Surround-Sound-System
•Connect Plus
•Lane Assist in conjunction with Lane Change Assist
•Sport Chrono Package
•Seat ventilation (front)
•Metallic paint
•Seat heating (front and rear)
•BodyCare premium kit
•Roof rails in aluminium with black finish including roof transport system
•ParkAssist (front and rear) with reversing camera
•Privacy glass
•Garnet Red seat belts
•Automatically dimming exterior and interior mirrors (i.c. w Comfort Memory Package)
•Light comfort package (i.c.w driver memory package, comfort memory package or adaptive Sports seats with comfort memory package)
•Heated steering wheel
•Power steering Plus
•Alloy wheel protection
•Monochrome Black exterior package (high-gloss)
•Porsche Crest embossed on head restraints (front)
•Full colour wheel centre caps
•Smoker package
•75-litre fuel tank
•Black leather interior

Its a one owner car with 11K miles, late 66 reg. These cars are like hens teeth with this spec and it came with the original invoice for £70k new.

A couple of questions if I may, I want a spare wheel, is it just a case of buying one and adding it or does the boot lining have to be changed?

What is connect plus? Do I need to subscribe?

I hope you like it:

Looks a beauty, very similar to mine, but with all the missing bits I now wish mine had, PSE, light pack, auto-dim mirrors, electric towbar.

Thank you guys.

I have registered for Porsche Connect, is this all connect plus gives you?

The sports exhaust is fab, I wasn’t expecting that sort of noise from a diesel.

What diesel is best for the dpf?

During the 10 years I ran diesel cars, I developed a strong liking for BP Premium. Highest cetene (i.e. more power better mpg ) and engines seemed to run quieter. only once noticed the car having a regen. need to a careful with supplying garage Premium2 above regular varied from garage to garage.

have been using the premium diesel from which ever garage has it, the car will run sweeter for it and only cost a little bit more.
