Has anyone changed their steering wheel? Wondering a) whether it's possible; and b) how much it would cost?

Definitely possible, judging by the number of online adverts I see for retrofitting upgraded Porsche steering wheels. Not cheap though.

Anyone added sports exhaust tips to their car? I like the look of the black tips but seem very expensive for £500+

I ordered these for my new-build Macan 2.0 in 2016. An improvement on the standard 2.0 exhaust tailpipes in my opinion. :)

I really like the black sports tips. I will look out for any special offers with OPC.
