Giz only had it for the weekend and no access to a charging point so was solely reliant on regen which may account for it

I suspect that many hybrids are chosen because of their beneficial tax treatment (for company car users etc) rather than for their superior fuel efficiency. 🤔

I'm not quite sure how many more miles I'd like out of my 680bhp 2.? ton sports car.. The below isn't always driving like miss daisy.. this is mostly commuter run with about 10 miles of free flowing dual carriageway.

I regularly see 400 miles a tank, this tank i will see 470+ miles.

That's very good and far better than I achieved out of the loaner :)

As I’ve little or no residual charge left and no charging options I’ve noted that using my Panny hybrid loaner to bob across town the mpg its returning about 12-14!!!

And maybe with a view to weaning customers into the coming era.

Interesting, Dandock. Plainly needs to be plugged in overnight to get the best out of it.

When I collected it this morning it had just done a return trip to Chipping Norton so presumably had a reasonable amount of charge although I didn’t have time to make note. I did 10 miles back from Tewkesbury down the M5 and a crawl through Cheltenham. Stopped briefly at home to collect Mrs D and there was next to nothing left.

I drove a Panamera hybrid on a range day last year (and must assume it had a full charge as I was the first driver of the day)
15 miles was the full electric range.....😱
