DME update

Hi All,

I have a 2015 DS Macan [33k mile now] and keep getting letters from Porsche [Reading] to say they have developed an update for DME control software and mine is due [overdue now] I know this is diesel gate rubbish from Germany, has anyone had it done and were there any side effects? as mine is running fine and I don't want to change that, what if I don't have it done?

Spicky, Take a look under 'Issues & Technical' there has been an ongoing thread about DME updates since Feb 2019 with 90+ responses already added, reading these should give you some good feedback...……………. Robbie
