Macan v X4M

Has anyone driven an X4M and can compare it to a Macan? I have a Macan GTS and am waiting for the new one to come out but I saw a X4M today and it has way more kit than the Macan but questionable to drive. I’m interested to know if anyone else can compare them and what they thought.

I drove one a few weeks back. The UK only gets the X4M Competition. The cabin is very nice and comfortable. The tech is extremely good and way ahead of Porsche in my opinion. I was surprised at the number of options that come as standard. Handling was surprisingly good but not the same as the Macan GTS. It is fast ... very fast! I found the power delivery was very good. There is the slight turbo lag but the power is relentless after. I thoroughly enjoyed my drive. There are extremely good deals to be had on them at the moment. You need to drive one for yourself to get a true feel.

Looks like a nice car but will depreciate like a stone so unless you can get 20% off purchase or are prepared to lose a mint on it then beware!

WHAT!! That's incredible. I'd just give it back after 4 years and not worry about the depreciation.
What I don't like about BMW is the cockpit. It looks quite boring.
